The easiest, fastest and safest way of ordering tickets is to make a reservation on this website. You can also call our helpdesk (English and Scandinavian speaking staff) on +44 20 3514 1209 for help, but the reservations you need to make yourself, online from our site. You can also send your questions via our contact form found on this page, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
In general you cannot cancel, refund or change any reserved and paid tickets in New York, which we inform you about early in the reservation process, and which you confirm when you accept our terms and conditions.
We will of course do what we can to help you if you cannot use your tickets. Please contact us via our contact form found on this page, and we will do our very best to try and change your reservation, cancel your reservation or try to re-sell your tickets to other clients, but we do not promise anything! If we are able to get cancel or re-sell your tickets to other clients it will take some time before you get a refund. It may take up to 1-2 weeks after the performance date. You also have to accept that if we get your tickets cancelled or re-sold there might be a cancellation fee /re-selling fee each ticket. If we are unable to cancel or re-sell your tickets, no extra fees will be applied.
